Can I host multiple domains?
Sure, you are able to host up to 25 domain names on your account without any additional charges.
Each domain name can have its own content or all domains can be set to serve the same site - you
have full flexibility and control!
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes! Should you be unhappy with our service for any reason, we offer an unconditional 5-day money
back guarantee. This makes new customers feel a lot safer - you can try out our hosting package
without any risk.
How is your support?

How do I know if 7500 MB is enough space for my website?
Quite simple - 7500 MB is plenty of space. We host thousands of websites and 99%
of them use well under 7500 MB. The average website uses approximately 700-1000
MB disk space.
How do I pay?
It is very easy. We support three different payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal and
Bank Transfer. We recommend to use either credit card or PayPal as payment method.
When you sign up for our service you will be asked to chose your preferred payment method.
How often should I pay?
If you choose PayPal or Credit Card as payment method you are able to choose quarterly,
bi-yearly or yearly billing. If you wish to pay by bank transfer one year of pre-payment
is required, this is because of high costs involved in bank transfers.
Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not! Everything is included in the price shown on our website, unlike
most other companies your domain (including yearly renewal fee) is included in
the low monthly price.
Can I host adult content?
Yes. At ssihost.com we believe in freedom of speech and do not censor customer
content in any way. We do however not allow illegal content on our servers – no
exceptions.
Do I own domains registered through ssihost.com?
Yes, we do not lock domain names. You have full control of your domain name as
you are the legal owner.
How many domain names can I host on my ssihost.com account?
You are able to host up to 25 domains on your account without any additional costs. This is very unique as most other hosting firms charge large fees for similar services.
How can you offer so much for so low prices?
It is really a numbers game. Because our clusters uses extreme amounts of data
transfer and disk space we are able to negotiate very advantageous contracts
with our subcontractors – we then pass these savings on to you!
What happens if I go over the bandwidth/transfer limit?
Should you go over your transfer limit (unlikely) we will take your site offline for the rest of that period
(unless an agreement is made). We never charge heavy overage fees as many other hosting companies do -
with SSIHost your costs are fixed!
Which control panel do you offer?
Because of our large clustered systems standard commercial available control
panels is not an option for us. Such panels only work with smaller hosts using a
single server, and not large fault tolerant systems like ours. As stability and
uptime is important to us, we developed our own customized control panel. This
panel is widely known to be one of the best in the industry.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account any time you like. Simply submit a support ticket in control
panel stating that you would like the account cancelled. We appreciate if you include information
why you are canceling your account - but it is not a requirement.
